How do I file a property damage claim?

Hello - a Verizon contractor recently damaged my vehicle with cement. I have video and proof of the incident. I had originally filed the claim mistakenly with Con Edison, who responded and let me know that this was a Verizon Contractor. I would like to be reimbursed for the concrete removal on my vehicle so please let me know how to go about this. Thank you.
