In April of this year we had Fios Triple Play installed. When we put in the order, the rep at the Verizon Store in Avon MA said as long as we paid our bill on time for 3 months, we would get a $250 Visa card. Well here we are 4 months later and no card. We called Customer Service and when they looked up our original order there was no mention of us getting a card (the rep did not put that in the order or he lied) Is there a way to file a formal complaint? The CS rep said we would have to complain at the location our order was done at but they no longer have Fios Reps there and we were told we would have to travel 20 miles to Newton to talk to a rep there (with no guarentee of help I might add) so we're kinda stuck. I am NOT real happy
