I can not get my e-mail at times what am I doing wrong?
yep, it seems to be happening more frequently. Will be down for a whole day, sometimes all weekend. Can't connect to the POP3 server when using Outlook. Verizon support has been useless trying to address it.
OUTLOOK 2013 FIXING ACCOUNT SETTINGS
Click on File
Click on Account Settings
In Email Tab click on Repair .. Does it fix Problem ?
If not click on Change tab

POP3
Incoming: pop.verizon.net
Outgoing: smtp.verizon.net
More Settings:
Advanced tab:
Incoming ( POP3 ) : 995
SSL
Outgoing (SMTP) : 587
TLS
Click OK
Click Next
