I cannot send am e-mail --I get message even though I filled the lines ???

the first time I tried to send am e-mail from verizon and it does NOT work properly , i am getting incorrect *** messages that says REQUIRED FIELDS ****** ???????

I am not good with computers, this web -site is very UNfriendly and difficult, and confusing to the average person, I am thinking about switching to time-warner for everything , they have real people and they even speak english

Hey Tony I am sorry that you are having difficulties with the webmail. I am not sure if you saw and corrected the empty boxes. If you are still having this trouble now that its been a couple days, please reply back and we can reach out to you and walk you through this.
