So I got the Amazon gift card showing up in my account. Saying needs to process 30 days which is rediculous. So today is the day I can redeem my Echo and 1 year of Prime. And, right before my eyes the 2 icons for those rewards disappeared, they are no longer on ,y account page. How can I redeem? I got the email to redeem them today but they are gone. Customer service resent the link in an email, but that is not the problem. I have the email it just takes me to my account and nothing is there!! It was there this morning. I am losing it with Verizon!
