Is Verizon gaslighting me?

They keep sending me these emails that say "your Verizon reward is waiting for you." I'm supposed to log into my account, and supposedly there will be a reward tile waiting for me. Surprise! There is no reward tile. I just don't understand the inability to do basic things.
