I’ve been on hold for three hours. Trying to see about new service set up. Does anyone know if customer service is working. I heard they were working but remote which is why I stayed on the phone.
Thanks so much for the answer. I was able to get a hold of them later that night. I knew there is a health emergency. I thought they might not actually be working because a call center seems dangerous and I would be waiting for nothing. I hope everyone is staying healthy.
There is a health issue at present sweeping the world. They may be working at reduced staffing levels. You either keep trying or call back when all this craziness ends.
