I signed up for the verizon fiothe link did s promo and when I went to redeem the visa card the link did not work and never showed up again. I've been trying to find a customer service email or a phone number yet I cannot get a sinlge human beingto talk to about this from verizon! This is outrageous I've been trying to redeem this sincce I signed up for the promotion in september.
