I migrated successfully on 3/16
Just moved to Aol, retaining my Verizon.net address. I'm up and running with new Email traffic.
However, my Verizon server held Email, calendar and contact information has NOT transferred in mass. Strange thing is that 5 messages from 2014 arrived, but no others.
The Verizon plan indicates that ALL email, contact and calendar information will be transferred. They indicate this may take 24 hours or something, but I've waited several days. The 2014 material arrived within 24 hours of receiving the migration confirmation.
I looked at AOL for assistance, and there is nothing apparent in their on-line support that I can find.
Anyone else experiencing same???
Tried for Email help online, but the line is dead. Oh, how quickly they forget us.
