My Verizon Fios Triple Play Package is out from cut of overhead wire

My Verizon Fios Service has been out since last night at Midnight. The overhead wire from the pole to my house was laying across my street yesterday afternoon from the snow storm. My Fios service was still working at that point. At Midnight, one of the utilities company (PSE&G?) came by and saw the cable lying across the street. They decide to cut the cable so it will not go across the street. At that point, I lost my Verizon Fios Service. I called a few times to Verizon today (on hold for 2 hours and 3 hours 46 minutes) and no one pick up. Please help. Thank You
