My Verizon Website

While working with the website developing tool I ran into a problem.

I'm trying to put in the default name for the 'My Site Settings' and keep getting an error msg that the file name I'm using doesn't exist. I've used the name of my website (and different portions of it) but none work.

Exactly what am I suppose to put in the 'Default Page File Name' box? I have no other name to work with!

How about adding a hint as to what exactly your want in this box? i.e. do we use the website address, is it the actual name of I put on the top of the web page. Maybe you should add a F1 button help function to explain this better.

This setting is for the file you would like to have display when someone goes to the main URL for your site (http://mysite.verizon.net/username). If you just want your main index page to be dispayed, then it woulfd be index.htm or index.html depending on how you named the file. It's important to note that this is the default behavior, so you don't need to change a thing if this is what you want.

If you want the index file at, say, http://mysite.verizon.net/username/secondsite to be what displays, then you should set it to /secondsite/index.htm (or whatever your file is named).

Hoepfully this makes sense, but if it doesn't I can try to make it a little more clear. (I think.)
