CHATTED WITH SOMEONE IN GOD ONLY KNOWS WHAT COUNTRY, WHO'S ENGLISH COMPREHENSION AND RETENTION OF WHAT SINGLE QUESTION SHE WAS BEING ASKED WAS I SHOULD SAY LACK OF COMPREHENSION AND RETENTION WAS SO POOR I FINALLY GOT TIRED OF CHATTING WITH HER AND CALLED THIER MAIN CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER, AND AFTER GETTING NO WHERE WITH THAT PERSON WANTED A SUPERVISOR WOULD NOT GET ME ONE, HUNG UP ON HER. CALLED BACK DEMANDING TO SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR NEVER GOT ONE FROM THOSE 2. A PERSON WHO CALLS ME SAYS SHE IS A SUPERVISOR. CALLED THE PHONE NUMBER ON MY ACCOUNT I GAVE HER WITHOUT HER QUESTIONING MY NAME COMPLETE ADDRESS, ETC., AND SHE STILL WOULD NOT ANSWER THE SIMPLE QUESTION, WHEN WAS MY PASSWORD AND SECURITY QUESTION CHANGED? WAS IT JUST PRIOR TO ME GETTING THE TEXT FROM VERIZON OR AT SOME OTHER TIME. SO NOW I HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT MY CREDIT CARDS AND E CHECKS BEING ACCESSED BECAUSE THESE PEOPLE WREFUSE TO DO THE JOB WE AS CUSTMERS PAY THEM TO DO. THAY COMPLETELY RUINED MY CHRISTMAS. YES THAT IS ONE LAST THING THIS HAPPENED ALL ON SUNDAY MORNING, DECEMBER 25, 2016.
