Need a contact person to address hanging wires and cables down in my backyard

Hello,

Can someone be so kind to point me in the right direction. Verizon came by and installed a Fios cable in my backyard and the cable is not attached to the building but suspended in the air. It is both a hazard and an eyesore. We would like to get verizon to come back and pin the cables to the building vs. hanging in the air, but have not been able to get any traction. We spoke to an agent who said there is nothing that can be done. Who can this be escalated to, after all this is a private residence.
