Never Received my $100 Bonus

On Saturday May 8th I received an e-mail that my $100 card on was on its way however I never received it.  In July I spent over two hours on the phone with customer support who verified that I was indeed eligible for the card and I think I was almost to the point where someone was actually going to solve the issue and then I was disconnected.  No one ever got back to me.

It's now August and I was never contacted again and I still haven't received a $100 card. 

I don't have hours to spend on the phone again.  I would just like the issue resolved.
