Never received $100 Visa pre-paid card

I started my internet service the beginning of February 2020. I was supposed to receive my Visa pre-paid card 60 days after beginning my service. I still have received nothing. Numerous calls to Verizon, they claim to have re-shipped the card 3x now and still have received nothing. Very frustrating!!
