We moved into our home last Friday. Since then we have placed our order twice and it has been cancelled both times. Verizon employees continue to tell us they will call us back, but nothing happens.
We are currently living in a new home with no cable or internet because Verizon (our only supplier) cannot get it together!!!! Verizon has confirmed they service our address.
Any suggestions on how to escalate to get my order processed, and not cancelled?
