I just moved to verizon, after being a loyal comcast subscriber for more than 7 years. I think it has been a big mistake,. I have been trying to get my old phone number ported to verizon, which I was told is not a hasle - at the time of subscribing to verizon. Its been more than two weeks, I still dont have my old number and I keep getting told to wait for 48 hours. None of the customer care representatives are willing to help, except try to cancel the old order and create new tickets. I am really fed up and and am really thinking of moving my service. verizon had truly terrible customer service
