After entering my user id and clicking the sign in button, it does not take me to a page to enter my password, a popup containg the message
"We're sorry, but the User ID or Password entered is not correct. Please try again."
Is displayed. No kidding! There is no where for me to enter a password. I am guessing by now my account may be locked. My cell phone emai lhas been working fine. I have tried both Chrome and IE8 (work laptop - can't change it) and am on Windows 7. Also tried my home PC which has IE 9. Same result.
