I received an email reminding me that today was my last day to redeem myy offer for a free years subscription to Amazon Prime. I signed into My Verizon on both my phone and then, my laptop, but no Amazon button/link. I contacted Verizon who inofrmed me I had to contact Amazon. I contacted Amazon who said I would have to contact Verizon. I am not happy as, and I see I am not the only one, it is part of the reason I signed up for the Verizon package I chose. False advertising?
