I'm following the directions provided by verizon, but not finding any type of add button under the sub account tab. Is this a known issue? And if so, how do I create a new sub account?
There are reports they are eliminating this option. In fact they are no longer supose to be issuing any email addresses as part of new accounts. Supposively they are still planning on moving all users to AOL (a Verizon company).
You can however get a free email account from AOL.com. Or from other popular sites e.g. gmail, iphone, outlook.com, etc.
