Old Pole Removal

Does anyone know who to contact to have an old pole removed from my backyard? I am going to have a fence installed and the old pole needs to be removed. I contacted the power company and they told me that they have removed all of their lines and Verizon needs to remove theirs and then remove the pole. I am hoping to have this done fast because my fence is coming in the next month or so.

Any help is greatly appreciated!
