I am having a problem downloading my Verizon Personal Data File to my PC. I keep getting an "HTTP 500 internal server error" message when attempting to download the file. I spent 3 1/2 hours on the phone, transferred to SEVEN different people all of whom didn't seem to know what I was talking about, one supervisor and tonight STILL NO RESOLVE! I just saw a June 2021 post where someone else was having the EXACT SAME PROBLEM and they seemed to give up on getting it resolve!
