So verizon fios fiberoptic cables were just put in on my property (without permission) past the city line on my land, an exorbitant area was dug up and just seed was thrown down on large clumps ( this won't grow back this way) I'm pretty sure they hit my water line as they were right next to where they put the ridiculously large cover on their stuff (again on my property, not city) and my water bill went from 130 to 480. My neighbor said it looks like they were trying to cover up them damaging the water line as they didn't make as big a mess when the lines were actually place. I have no notification for utilization of my property at all. Who do I call because I can't get through of the phone as I don't have an actual service with them.
