Verizon techs damaged our irrigation system on April 8. I have been attempting since this date to locate a contact for reimbursement of the repair fee. I have been on hold for extended periods of time at least 3 times (40 minutes, 30 minutes, 45 minutes). I have spoken to and been transferred back and forth at least 6 times without resolution. I have been promised return calls which have never been made. Has anyone had this problem or does anyone know which department I might go to to seek this repair payment?
