How can I control how long I can see my incoming email messages? They disappear from my in-box after a few weeks. I do not have and cannot get FIOS.
If you are viewing them through webmail.verizon.com, they should stay in your account Inbox folder until you delete them. If you are using Outlook, Thunderbird or an e-mail program, then your specific program will govern.
