Signed up for Verizon Fios during Black Friday Weekend Promotion. Selected Ring Door Bell 2 as my bonus gift. Recevied an email to redeem within 24 hours of installation as originally promised as part of my order. Link does not work. I have spent at least 6 hours (including extended hold times) on the phone and with online chat rep attempting to reeem. Transferred a half dozen times to a half dozen different departments that could supposedly assist me with issue. All to no avail. Seems like a scam. Hard to believe since Verizon is supposed to be a reputable company. I am done talking to Verizon Customer Service Reps. I am over it. Plan to contact the FTC.
