SPAM

I need help with re-receiving messages that I mark SPAM is there a way to prevent this from occurring. I am a nerd when it comes to the computer, but I was under the impression when you marked something SPAM that it would not come through again and again.

Hello Mott01,

Marking an email as spam will prevent that same exact email from coming in again. A similar version could still come through though however. You will want to make sure you have your Spam Detector enabled on your account. To do that log into your email and choose:

Settings > Email Settings > Spam Detector > On

If You are getting spam email from the same email address you can add them to the Block Senders list also.
