When I tried to use see about account switches it says I need my 4 digit pin which i did not remember. But when I went to change it so I knew it, I get the message: "We encountered a problem with your request. Please try again."
The account PIN function is broken on the Verizon portal. It always says "Failure" and an error message. No way to set or change the PIN.
