Slow or in and out NO Internet!!

We had 5 texts at our house and no change!!! Why do I keep this!!!!!! Can anyone help or do I just change to anyone else?!!! I feel I should have no charge ever from all the stress that is not needed ever!! HELP!!! Ready and willing to cancel!!

Do you have Verizon DSL or FIOS? Also have you tried a differnet computer?
