I have a sub account and I transfer all my emails to windows live mail, I just got a new cell phone and I would like to check my mail thru my phone but I forgot the password how can I get my password for my email?
The same way you reset the password for a primary account. Click the forgot password link, answer the secret question.
You can also contact Tech Support and have them reset it for you.
My husband's sub account stopped working in Outlook 2007. I tried looking it up and My Verizon and found it but it is not working. How do i get it working again.

That depends on what is "not working" about is. What error message are you getting? Are you able to log into webmail with the sub account?
