I called 1st day to schedule an appointment. The 2nd day technician came. Then he left to get something then never came back. I called and they said they should be back by the end of the next day (3rd day). Did not come back. The representative said that they will try their best to get fixed by Friday. If not, I will have to wait till next week. Can this get any worse? lol.
I don't know why there is no small business products and services.
Sigh. Anyone else has experienced this kind of frustration?
