I waited all day for the technician to arrive today. I double checked with support when they were late and they assured me that the technician is doing pre-work and definitely on their way. After waiting 8 hours and no text, no notifications, I see that they're not coming.
The next available window is in another week - This is ridiculous!! This is the THIRD TIME I HAD TO RESCHEDULE BECAUSE NOBODY CAME! When I chat with support, they routed me to 3 different customer support personnel who couldn't help me at all!
