I have a large green utility box in my front yard. I removed a tree near the box that says “Danger Cable Route, telephone cable underground, critical circuits”. when removing the tree I noticed there were very large roots and smaller roots growing x into the box and wrapping around the box. I am trying to remove as much as I can but I fear the tree roots have grown under and through the underground wires. Is there any way to remove the box from my front yard since no one has a home phone any more?
