Terrible experience with customer service

I hate doing this, but I have already interacted with 6 customer service agents and it's been over a month. I called to inquire about adding 2 channels on my new account. Customer service agent told us we could and that the price would go down on our account. It went up $90 per month. I called the same day to reverse whatever she did and they said they couldn't but would send it to "exceptions". The bill got fixed for one cycle and then went back up. I called three more times and was told it was still with exceptions, not to worry everything would be fine. It's now been 2 weeks since it was "re-activated", which I guess means they thought I forgot about it. I got charged the ridiculous rate, and nothing is fine. Verizon will be cancelled ASAP, and someone with whom I haven't had to spend ridiculous amounts of time on the phone will take over. Terrible service.

This issue has been escalated to a Verizon agent.

No one ever helped me with my service issues, despite 5 phone calls during which I was told a series of lies. I cancelled today. I'm free!
