Verizon - Why are you doing this to your customers!!!
Session time outs and deactivated sessions are to the point of making this whole system unusable!!!
What is being done to make this system work at least as well as any free e-mail service available???
I just noticed that there is autosaving going on with this post as I type - whay can't this be done to an e-mail that is being composed????
If you check "Keep me logged in for 2 weeks" why does the system deactivate in less that 2 minutes????
Someone from verizon please respond!!!!
