Transferring old pictures from a MOTO-Z

Verizon sent a deadline of 5/5/21 to get all photos off of their Cloud storage or face added costs or my files will be removed.

When I go into the Cloud icon on my MOTO-Z I notice two sets of files:

Motorola MOTO Z (2)

Motorola XT1274

Apparently the latter are older files that were transferred to my phone by a Verizon tech when I upgraded. When I set up the file transfer to Windows 10, it prompts me for the MOTO-Z files, but doesn't seem to recognize the XT1274 files. This may be a Windows question, but does anyone know what I need to do to get the latter pictures. I have a lot of them I'd like to save.
