Trouble redeeming my $100 Gift Card Reward

Hi,  I have been a verizon fios member for now 65 days of which I was told I can redeem a $100 reward gift card.  I got an email telling me instructions of which I followed.  Once I clicked on it, the "Reward Tile" is not visible and no one seems to understand how to fix this situation.  Please advise.  Thank you.
