its been a frustrating ride with verizon, firstly unable to redeem the offer on app or online, called customer service to help for this atleast 3-4 times, always got different answers(not eligible, unable to do it online, we will send link, that never worked, tech support cudnt resolve it, basically I was never able to get any help to redeem gift card or sound bar, even tried verizon store(they do not do online offers)
Hours of waiting in line to talk to customer care, says ur offer is expired. Great verizon promises never get delivered, fill bad why switched my internet to them.
