Every time I try to access the site to redeem my prepaid gift card for new installation, it's down. It shows up in my 'My Verizon' page and says 'In order to receive your reward, you must register within 60 days of your Fios installation. Please take a few moments and do so today.', but the site doesn't even work. It looks like others are having this issue, too? The site it tries to take me to is 'https://vzrewards.verizon.com', and I've tried on just about every browser, PC and Mobile, to no avail.
