This is a last ditch effort to reach a human being at verizon that actually knows something about managing a mail server.
I am the administrator for a server that is getting bounced emails trying to send to verizon.net emails.
I have attempted the whitelist form many times and keep getting "Your IP has been blocked because of spam issues or because your ISP indicates that it is dynamically assigned"
I have attempted to communicate with technical support (collosal waste of energy and time... i was actually told to contact my computer manufacturer... are you seriously kidding me here verizon?!)
I have attempted to email any contact address... no responses.
So here I am with one final last ditch attempt before I blacklist verizon servers from my customers.
