Utility pole problem- safety issue

There is a low, leaning old utility pole in my backyard Wilmington De area code 19801. The pole is leaning and being held upright by communication wires and all of the communication wires going to adjacent buildings are head height and a very serious safety issue. I have had Comcast on site and was told it is an old Verizon pole. I cannot get in touch with anyone to rectify this problem. A tree adjacent to the pole also needs to be removed so the wires need to be cut. Verizon please contact.
