Hello, my host is InMotion, they advised me to contact you. Emails from my IP/domain are being blocked by Verizon. This has happened before and I was able to request a whitelist block removal which was successfully done. This was shortlived and the block returned. This latest round has been going on for over a month and I'm stuck in a loop of filling out the Verizon Whitelist Block Removal Form to continually being told I'm not removed. Inmotion states they have "confirmed that the server's hostname and PTR record are correct and have been updated from the initial generic setting, that the mailing IP reputation for the server is not in poor standing, that the domain landlcollectables.com has all necessary email authentication records required by email comanies, and that there is not a large number of emails being processed through the server either through an email account or through scripts running on the account. This concludes the general requirements for emailing provided by major email companies. There is currently no indication on the server that you are spamming and the normal authentications required are in place.". I would like to be able to contact our Verizon email customers. What needs to be done?
