Verizon Pole down and causing electrical problems

I need help. Verizon pole # 8061 in Philadelphia has been causing electrical problems for months and Verizon has not done anything. Called the electric company PECO and they say it is Vverizon and they need to fix the pole. It is impacting many people, including seniors. Verizon and PECO need to communicate to get the issue resoloved. What can be done?
