Frontier Communications acquired all of Verizon's wireline assets in Texas in 2016. Please reach out to Frontier for help with your issue, as they now provide the landline services previously provided by Verizon in your state.
I am being told by Frontier that Verizon is the correct entity to reach out to. Do you have a contact I can reach out to with Frontier?
