Verizon Service Cable on my lawn

Hello - I am not a verizon customer - But through an easement i have one of your service lines run along my property.

This cable has come undone at the pole and fell down, my Dog can reach it and my kids can reach it, soon i will want to mow my lawn which i cant while the cable is down

Can I please get a contact to reach out to or someone reach out to me ? It is a safety hazard for my family.

I have for weeks now tried to call someone to help me - But without an account its impossible to get a human to talk to me.

I tried Police / Fire - No one can help me but Verizon
