Verizon is blocking emails coming from IBM

Hello,
I am a production support manager and recently have been notified by end users that they are not receiving emails coming from IBM to their verizon.net email accounts. Can someone help me with this as we now have possible 1000 users that have not recieved emails to start their new jobs.

2xrecruitmail.kenexa.com and it has an IP of 66.77.22.217
