I came home to find white flags that say proposed route across my lawn and across my driveway. Today dig safe came and marked the utilities. It appears Verizon is planning to upgrade the lines and has not pulled a permit nor notified me. Verizon does not have permission to be on my property let alone dig up my driveway. There isn’t an easement on the property.
