Wait times on phone - too long

WHat is the best time to call in? I have been on hold for way too long here.. going on 1 hour. that is not good and not how you should treat customers. Need this improved. Is anyone there on Sundays or is it closed? Seems like it is closed. It will be one hour soon. That is terrible.

Want to get useful info to Verizon Fios and would be so much more efficient to email it in. Why no way to email Verizon fios???

An hour on wait? Very rare unless you have been switched to one of the departments that is only open Business hours. For example if you try to reach anything that goes to the billing department they do not have service except during typical weekday hours. Some technical areas are also not there on weekends although manned most hours on weekdays.
