I spoke with someone from customer service because I thought I had signed up for a package in which I was getting a free tv. They notified me that I am getting a $300 gift card instead. The time has come and gone and I have received nothing. I wish they wouldn’t promise something if they are not going to give it to you. It’s poor customer service.
