Many, many people have had this issue and here I am having to make a topic of my own because you "support" workers will only handle it privately with those who ask about this. Very shady. I was promised a Verizon gift card for having Fios for 65 days. Got the email (twice) telling to redeem it but the "reward tile" I'm told to select is imaginary and will not, ever, show up in my account. Already gave you people a call if you can check the notes.
